Welcome to the Local Advisory Board of the Wescott Infant School
Wescott has enthusiastic and proactive Local Advisors, whose principal concern is the welfare of the school as a whole.
The role of the Local Advisors
Each school within The Circle Trust is managed by its own Local Advisory Board, which is accountable for its actions and consists of appointed individuals representing parents, teaching staff and the wider community.

The Wescott Infant School Local Advisory Board works closely with the Headteacher and the Senior Leadership Team to run the school. It takes a strategic role, setting aims and objectives and puts in place targets and priorities to achieve whole-school improvement.
​
The Local Advisory Board acts as a ‘critical friend’ to the Headteacher by providing challenge, advice and support.
